If you are only concerned about training then surely go for Infosys, its training is far more superior than TCS. I was trained in TCS and had some friends who joined Infosys. There was a large gap in training practices followed by TCS.

1. any company will treat you as a fresher till your 1 years or to be frank 1 and half-years of exp.. and wat extra u have ..? 6 months more , totally = 2 years .. i dont say it is right decision to switch but make sure if you switch then you should atleast stick for more than 2 years in TCS – because, there are two scenarios here
